1. Definitions and Applicability

The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 999bid website, mobile version, and related services.
• "Member" refers to any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account, expressed in Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or rewards granted by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member of 999bid, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each individual may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, phone number, and email provided at registration must be entirely truthful. Providing false information carries the risk of account closure and forfeiture of balance. 999bid reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time.

2.3 Account Security

Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. The relevant member is responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3. Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on 999bid is 21 years. Anyone below this age may not use the platform. Documents verifying age (National ID card, birth registration certificate) may be requested at the time of registration or at any stage.

If it is established that a minor has opened or used an account, the account will be closed immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be subject to review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for deposits on 999bid. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. After a deposit is made, it is generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A successful withdrawal is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification or additional review is required, the time may increase.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method that was used at the time of deposit.
• The option to cancel a withdrawal request while it is being processed is limited in accordance with policy.
• 999bid reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold in cases of money laundering or other suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more → bonus up to a maximum of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount must be placed (wagering requirement 10x). Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per registration.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• 999bid reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a breach of terms is found, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program and Cashback

Regular members can participate in the VIP program. There are five tiers and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Eligibility to move to a higher tier is determined based on activity and engagement on the platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 999bid are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG). The Company maintains technical measures to ensure fair play.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, club leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. The odds for each match are variable and may change until the match begins.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Technical Issues

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violating them may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to circumvent bonus terms (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment purposes.
• Hacking or conducting fraudulent activities targeting the platform's software, odds, or systems.
• Stealing or committing fraud using other members' account information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Providing false information in payment methods or committing chargeback fraud.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Company Rights

999bid reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Proof that the member is a minor.

8.2 Member Rights

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Sufficient time will be given to withdraw the balance before the account is closed, provided there is no breach of terms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of members' personal information is governed by the full Privacy Policy of 999bid. All data and transactions are kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

• Member information is not sold to third parties.

10. Responsible Gaming
